This project started in 2014 with hours spent hunting through downloads, ripping CDs, and digging through vinyl crates. The idea was simply to pair good music with a p5.js visualiser and let it set the mood for whatever was happening, from study sessions to after parties.

Over the years, the playlists evolved, but the music continued shaping how we feel and connecting us to each other. The right track at the right moment can shift the entire day or bring a room full of strangers together.

At its essence, s0undpad exists to keep that magic alive by sharing selections through Instagram reels. Each post is one a small offering meant to land in your day and maybe change how it feels.
